REMINDER NOTICE OF ANNUAL GENERAL MEETING Notice is hereby given of the 159th Annual General Meeting to be held at the Christchurch Football Club Clubrooms, 250 Westminster Street, Christchurch on Monday 21st November 2022 at 7.00 pm. Business: 1. To confirm the minutes of the 158th Annual General Meeting. 2. To receive the 159th Annual Report and Financial Statements. 3. To receive and approve the recommendation of the Board for the subscriptions for 2023. a. Senior Div. 1 - 6 & Women’s $220 b. Colts and any Under 21 player $150 c. General $45 d. Junior Family Member - 1 player (first child in the family) $110* + team photo payment - 2 or more players (same family) $195* + team photo payment *includes a Family Membership of $40. 4. Nomination for Life Membership 5. Nomination for Cottrell Award The Cottrell Award recognises the outstanding contributions of a club member in any aspects of Club administration over many years.
